Previously, Matt worked in private equity at Freeman Spogli in its Los Angeles office from 2018 to 2020 and in the Financial Restructuring Group of Houlihan Lokey in its Los Angeles office from 2015 to 2018. Ania re-joined LGP as a Vice President in 2025. After beginning her career as an Analyst at Barclays in the Financial Sponsors Group, Ania joined LGP in 2016 as an Associate and worked on both the investment and investor relations teams prior to attending business school. Most recently, Ania worked in investor relations at Apax in New York. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Honors Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Jacinta leverages over 15 years of experience and her deep understanding of psychological theories and human behavior to empower leaders and organizations to thrive. She collaborates with certain LGP portfolio company executives to provide coaching services designed to enhance leadership performance and organizational effectiveness. Jacinta was previously the Vice President of Coaching Innovation at BetterUp, where she pioneered science-backed coaching programs and led a global network of more than 3,000 coaches. She is also the author of The Burnout Fix, an award-winning guide to resilience and sustainable success. She is an independent contractor of LGP.

At Cantor, she assisted the CEO in facilitating the reorganization of the Institutional Trading Division after 9/11. Robin earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University.

Rothblum Daniel

Daniel joined LGP as a Senior Tax Manager in 2025. Prior to LGP, Daniel worked as a Senior Manager for Deloitte Tax LLP in Los Angeles. Over his 12 years at Deloitte, Daniel worked within the Business Tax Services group with a focus on private equity. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California Los Angeles and a Master of Business Taxation from the University of Southern California. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in California.

Rowe Mike

Mike joined LGP as Director of Transaction Tax in 2023. Prior to LGP, Mike was an Associate in the Tax Department at Latham & Watkins LLP in Houston. Mike received a J.D., with honors, from the University of Texas School of Law, and a Bachelor of Business Administration, summa cum laude, from the University of Arizona. Mike is admitted to the bar in Texas.

Eric (EJ) Royster joined LGP as Senior Support Specialist in 2020. Prior to joining LGP, Eric worked in both the military and civilian sectors dealing with Information Technology. He graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelors in Film and Television as well as the Community College of the Air Force focusing on Information Technology. He served four years active duty in the Air Force from 2008 to 2012 with certifications and elevated security clearances.

Rohan joined LGP as a Vice President in 2019. Previously, Rohan worked at Wellspring Capital Partners in New York from 2014 to 2019. Prior to Wellspring, Rohan worked at Roark Capital Group from 2012 to 2014, where he worked on several acquisitions in the franchise, multi-unit sector. He graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a concentration in Finance.

Jon joined LGP in 1990 and is a member of the Firm’s Investment Committee. Previously, Jon was a Managing Director in corporate finance at Drexel Burnham Lambert, which he joined in 1985. Prior to Drexel, Jon was a Principal at Hambrecht & Quist, and prior to that, he was with Woodman, Kirkpatrick & Gilbreath, which subsequently merged with Hambrecht & Quist. He began his career at Merrill Lynch & Co. Jon serves as a trustee of Williams College and the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. He is also a board member of the Melanoma Research Alliance. Jon earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Williams College.

Prior to LGP, she was with Centerbridge Partners and Renaissance Technologies, both based in New York. She began her career at PwC. Caroline joined LGP as the Head of Tax in 2023. Prior to LGP, Caroline was an M&A International Tax Partner at KPMG LLP in Washington, D.C. Starting her career at KPMG in 2004, Caroline began in KPMG’s Business Tax Services Practice as a part of the private equity team and later moved into the M&A International Tax practice. Caroline earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Michigan State University and a Master of Accountancy from The George Washington University. Caroline is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Virginia.

Previously, Pete was a Managing Director and co-head of the Healthcare Services investment banking group at Deutsche Bank Securities and Managing Director in the Healthcare investment banking group at Morgan Stanley. Pete began his career in the Mergers and Acquisitions department of Salomon Smith Barney. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Virginia Tech.
